Describe the update
The Resume Builder aka CV is a simple tool that builds a complex CV eventually, we will integrate GPT4All to help with the fluff content.

References for update
The CV Scope Document has further information.

Security/Performance risks
Okay, there might be one security risk that I have introduced, which is the render template for the Resume, as it may cause an XSS attack.
