Gammabot pings whole channel when no show is live #3

Right now the gammabot will ping the entire JB chat channel when people suggest show names while no show is running with the No show is live! message. Please configure it so that it does not do a global ping, so that I can still have notifications set to "mentions only" and not resort to completely muting the channel.
