Can I use my muffler or do I need a different one?
Gonna need a different one, one I have doesn't fit under the seat with clearance for rear wheel to move its full range of motion. GOT IT
Fuel controller?!?
-SOLVED! Got an aracer mini5
Can I use the power commander with a wide band module? Do I need something else?
Need something else, I don't have an ECU!
Can I take it to a shop to get it tuned? How much does that cost?
Nope! way too expensive!
Stuff to do before spring:
Fix rear brake
Install helmetcam
Install anti-theft device
Troubleshooting not-cranking problem:
-SOLVED! Was a broken wire from relay to ground. Strangely not anything I cut into. Maybe craked a solder joint while bending harness. Fixed with a parallel connection.
Try connecting sidestand switch/ sidestand up and clutch in
Try connecting coil
Try powering red/white wire with alligator clip and seeing if voltage on Yellow/red wire when pressing switch. If not, probably miswired right hand controls.
Continuity test between Y/R on hand side and relay side?
Check continuity accross Y/W G/R to see if relay is borked.
Troubleshooting not-starting problem:
-SOLVED! Replaced injector and it fires right up!
Confirmed has spark
Confirmed fuel at injector and under pressure
Confirmed injector powered and wired correctly to ECU
Injector not spraying at all, tested with 9v battery
Injector coil 0 ohms, probably shorted internally
