원인 파악

2022년 04월 뱅크에서 뱅크로 보내기 를 했을 때, 받는 뱅크가 다음 달 초기 금액에 반영이 안됨.
새로고침 했을 경우 제대로 바뀌는 것 같음
예전에는 새로고침 해도 제대로 바뀌지 않는 이슈가 있었는데, 해당 원인은 아직 찾지 못함.
