Getting User's Top Artists and Tracks

Hello, I've just started using this library and I would like to say that it is very useful.

However, I am currently trying to figure out how to get the current user's top artists and tracks, which uses the user-top-read authorization scope.

If anyone would be able to help me figure out the flow I need to implement as well as the important bits of code that I would need, it would be very appreciated.
