rethink-migrate up running up all instead?

We've been using rethink-migrate successfully with our project for a few months. Thank you. It's essential.

When we migrate up one using the rethink-migrate command, we've noticed that it's actually migrating up all (as if the -a switch was applied on the command line).

Have you seen this before?

Oh, I see. Looking at the source it doesn't look like migrating up only by one has been implemented.
