prepare tritium CODA configurations

Start with only components that can be used right now. I'd like to start taking cosmic runs ASAP, so we can quickly find gaps in our data-taking/analysis chain. We'll add additional components (e.g. flashADCs) when they become operational.

Since Mike and Hanjie now have the flash ADCs running with the TS and the fastbus crates (at least on the left arm), we should go ahead with creating 'final' tritium configurations. At minimum, I guess we'll want "Triton_LHRS", "Triton_RHRS", and "Triton_COIN".

Basically done. Just need to add a 'single-DAQ' config, just in case

Still need to clean up some intermediate test configs, and prepare configs for coincidence experiments
