HRS angle and p0 in rootfile is NOT correct #152

After we linked the db_run.dat, the roofiles have correct beam energy info in class THaRun.
BUT the EKLx.angle is still null value. And also p0 is not correct.
I suspect the data format in db_run.dat may not match our replay code.
Need someone to dig into it.
