Document default configuration values on the mod page

A friend recently installed this mod on their server and was bewildered that the mod was not in "right click harvest" mode by default, but rather "use hoe to harvest in radius that also consumes XP and does not bother showing a warning to the player if the mod is only server side", as they put it.

😆 so, there are a few things here.

• I DO plan on changing the default to NOT require a hoe, as lots of people get confused by this.
• XP is not (or should not) be consumed by default.
• There is a warning if the mod is only installed client-side. It is not OPTIONAL on the client side and REQUIRED on the server side.

Going to use this issue to remind me to change the default to not require a hoe
