every time when I start program get:
Creating new data file. Would you like to encrypt it? Y/n (q to quit)

and nothing happened, no create any file and program was ended

I had the same behaviour on my Slackware64 15.0 system. After checking the toxic man page I noticed the option --ipv4. As I had deactivated IPv6 completely in my system, the toxic start works fine for me again when using this parameter. Maybe this helps. Anyway, to analyse your problem enable logging (option --logging) and check the output in stderr.
