Weird shadows on the player's arms when using bendy-lib #2608

Steps to reproduce

  • Turn on shaders... obviously.
  • Start a player animation that uses bends from bendy-lib usually done via Emotecraft.
  • See the very unappealing shadows on the player's arms as shown in the screenshot.

Additional context

This issue is solved by turning off real-time shadows, but that isn't exactly ideal.
I would work on writing a compatibility patch myself if I knew where to start.
Any hints on how I could make a fix for this would be appreciated. :)
