Quest Item near the quest is the only thing I am missing with this addon.

Hey I play in SoD, there are some quests where you must click on Q-item and usually some quest addons place that Q-item next to the quest itself in the quest watcher, here on this I cannot seem to find if its there or missing completely from the addon.

Maybe this isnt compatible with SoD, I am not sure because I can't even open the quest log to read the quest text, hehe.
