[Map] Bases not showing in battlegrounds

Adding more evidence. It also seems to appear kind of faded even though I'm hovering it. Bases show OK when pressing ALT+M to display blizzard's default map

Also, the flag carrier in WSG does not show like it does on Blizz maps. Maybe other BG's with flags.

Still an issue I am experiencing a year later. Especially in Wintergrasp. Map puts my location as the middle of the entire map (vortex) and won't show anything inside wintergrasp while in it. It's as if it doesn't exist whilst you are doing the BG itself.
