As a developer advocate I want tools to help me enable more contributors to build on Cardano. A treasury system provides tools for engaging New Contributors with the technology, facilitating learning and community engagement. Having a pool of tokens enables deeper conversations about nature of value, contributor motivation and tokenomics.
