Widget Causes Rendering Error When Zooming

I have been using this widget for over a year and love it. Yesterday a new bug was found by an end user. When WAB launches everything works fine. As soon the grouped layer list widget it opened, any layers on by default will stop rendering when the map is zoomed in or out. If a layer is turned on, it will render, but when the map is zoomed in or out it will never draw again until the layer is toggled on and off. The basemap doesn't draw properly either. It loads initially, but never fully loads again once the error starts. I have attached a screenshot of when the error first begins.

I also notice the attribute table never loads, and I think this is related somehow but not sure.

I added some layers to the source map, so I had to update the files on our server recently. That may have caused it, but I think it may have to do with the AGOL update in February. The app doesn't get a lot of use, so I have no idea when it actually started. It doesn't it in WAB Developer and in the hosted app. I tried updating the apps from 2.16 to 2.27, no change.
