grid view , open apps , update installed apps and tag color picker

im new to obtainium , and since i foubd it can install as play store i decided to start using it to manage all my 300+ apps , also solving my porblem of never losing dead apps ever again specially if linked to apkpure , ok now thst im done with all the external apps , now i was adding my play store apps im using copilot to grab apkpure links and write me the file to import to obtainium , which is also a pain ita , so my request would be an option to detect installed apps and update them through their APKPure links

another suggestion is to display the apps in grid view , and have an option to open the apps would also be very nice , also picking custom colors for tags , the default ones are , hmmm , not perfect xD

another thing i was about to suggest is to hide that secondary tab with downloads , search etc , but i saw someone already had my idea and was not implemented , but still i think the options that are disabled on the default screen should only appear when one of the apps are selected
