When making colour plots coloured by a factor type label, the centroid text labels are missing if the x- and y- axis range is < 1.
In UMAP or tSNE this may not happen (having x- or y- axis range < 1), but it is the case for diffusion map.

Ah yes, I think the label XY offset is a a whole number (like 1 or 2) so it is massively separated from the centroid if the range is <10, and absent at <1. Should be reasonably straight forward to fix.
