Syncing data with Syncthing into PhotoPrism (across docker containers)

I've setup syncthing on my android phone so that it will watch the photos directory and upload any new photos I take. I want to use CasaOS+syncthing to actually store those photos, and then some photo viewer (currently I'm using PhotoPrism, but I'm happy to use another one if it's easier) to view the photos. So I want the process to be like take photo on phone -> syncthing on phone sees new photo -> Syncthing via CasaOS downloads new photo -> Photo is available to view in a photo viewer via some CasaOS app.

Is this possible? I've currently got PhotoPrism working and I can upload photos there, and I've got syncthing working and it's busy downloading my phone photos to the raspberry pi I've got CasaOS running on, but I can't see how to connect syncthing and PhotoPrism since they're in different docker containers.
