+  In the first case, if list2 changes then list1 changes as both should be equal. As we used (list1=list1+[]) this changes list1 into some other list(list3).so formed new list1 is nolonger equalto list2.
+In the second case, we used list1+=[] which changes only the values of it not the list(id).
