default topic names vs custom topic names for firmware logging

Once we look at crazyflies.yaml, we see two topic names which are "pose" and "status". However, there are four default topic names which are "pose", "scan", "odom", "status" in the crazyflie_server.py. Could you help us to understand this part?
Do we need a topic definition in crazyflies.yaml?

These pre-defined topics can be enabled or disabled (and the frequency can be selected). A pre-defined topic uses a fixed list of logging variables and convert the results to a custom message. User-defined topics can used a dynamic/user-choosen list of logging variables and the results use a generic message type.

I have one more quick question here. I have defined some custom topics by using https://www.bitcraze.io/documentation/repository/crazyflie-firmware/master/api/logs/ in crazyflies.yaml. I guess that is a user-chosen/dynamic topic. Is it possible make a pre-USER-defined topics as defined for default topics?
