Add more metadata tabs #35

In the Streamlit version we had additional information available in tabs:
Refs, Manifests, Entries, History
https://github.com/IBM/lakevision/tree/v0.01

We need to add those in the new version also.
Two areas: one the backend side: https://github.com/IBM/lakevision/blob/main/be/app/api.py
and the other in the front end: https://github.com/IBM/lakevision/blob/main/fe/src/routes/%2Bpage.svelte

If there are other creative ideas than adding tabs (like one tab and sub-tabs under it), please feel free to bring up.
