jx install is deprecated in Jenkins-X

Hi @bhpratt. Thanks for putting together this repo. The new installer is jx boot. Are you planning to update your repo https://github.com/IBM-Cloud/kube-samples/tree/master/jenkins-x?

Thanks @lionelmace . I have done some reading on jx boot and agree that it's the strategic direction. I didn't realize that jx install is deprecated (I can't find a reference to that in their docs, but I do see that boot is now the high level path).

It's on the radar - I still need to dig into jx boot some more to better understand it.
