Using Flash to access webcam, copies frames to data-urls to use with HTML

Performance Problems
As video size for webcam increases, framerate drops rapidly. Default is 80x60, which is 4800 pixels. To use larger webcam size (300x200 = 60000) makes a huge difference.

Chrome leaks memory (caches all data-urls) - not apparent in Chrome 10.0.648.133 beta
