Migration from HaithemMosbahi/ngx-avatar

Hi everyone.

Since we're migrating from the repo, I took the liberty to update all references to the old repo & dependency in the project files to the new one, while also explaining in the README that this is a successor of https://github.com/HaithemMosbahi/ngx-avatar.

I'm also updating the Angular version to the latest, and I'd like to know if there's any more changes that you guys think would make sense for an initial release.

I decided to make the PR for develop, and whenever code is pushed from there to master, we'd do a release. I was thinking on setting up a CD job for that too.
