What is the QC term's name?

time of QC analysis

The date / timestamp the QC analysis (workflow/tool) was started.

This might not be a QC but a MS:XXXXXXX parameter?

We have the creationDate attribute of the top-level mzQC element. Would that be sufficient?

Otherwise there is already MS:1000747 ! completion time or MS:1002435 ! data processing start time that covers this I think.

The minor question is then whether this is a QC metric (to be included in the qualityMetrics part of a run/setQuality) or a piece of metadata (and thus included in the metadata part of a run/setQuality). I'd lean towards the latter.
