Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A very large number of Nether Star is required in order to progress GTCEu
However, the only way to obtain it is by killing Withers currently
It makes people cannot beat pure GTCEu in the peaceful mode

Describe the solution you'd like
・port the GCP nether star dust recipe as a temporary solution
・then add a nether star ore or a wither slaughterhouse multiblock as a permanent way to obtain Nether Star
