Describe the bug
According to the Advanced QuarkTech™ Suite Chestplates behavior, the Advanced NanoMuscle™ Suite Chestplate can charge tools in your inventory when the Supply mode is on
However it does it with very slow frequency which is far more slower than the regular battery

Versions
Forge: 14.23.5.2860
GTCEu: gregtech-1.12.2-2.1.4-beta.jar
Modpack: GregTech Expert 2

Setup
SP/MP
New world generated

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Turn on the supply mode of an Advanced NanoMuscle™ Suite Chestplate
  2. equip it
  3. put a item magnet or something in your inventory
  4. it start charges it with very slow speed

Expected behavior
It charges tools like batteries do
