[Suggestion] Wireless EU Charger (Tools/Armor/Weapons)

NOT related to a problem. Would be nice to have a wireless charging option for tools/armor when in range.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Charge GT/EU tools/armor/etc. inside of inventory or worn.

There were GT++ chargers in 1.7.10 that allowed for two modes, short range (more amps, shorter range) or long range (less amps, further range). These were available at different tiers and started at HV I believe.
