"U-Power" Utility Token will provide incentivizes to homeowners who use a smart meter to provide energy data, storage and use. The homeowner's DApp will provide up-to-date energy data, allow for distributed power usage, and incentivize the homeowner. The "U-Power" Utility DApp net-metering will allow the utility company the stored energy from the homeowner's distributed energy system to the electric grid at critical peak times rewarding the homeowner with "U-Power" Utility tokens and discounted return rates.
