Asynchronous mode of updates for OSWG

• We create an issue called Project updates in OSWG issues. Chairs can send a reminder once in 2 weeks for updates.
• Project leads provide their update in the issue. We can create a template like the following.

1. What has been completed.
2. What is planned for the next 2 weeks/1 month.
3. What are the key blockers.

• Chairs can review the updates and we can create tasks for follow up. We will setup individual calls with the leads based on the updates.
• Chairs also use the same issue to suggest collaboration opportunities.
• We can meet once in a month with all projects leads and discuss actions for the project leads for the next 1 month. We will track previous month’s actions in the next call.
