Passos para reproduzir:

Envie uma solicitação POST com o parâmetro telefone com mais de 11 caracteres do corpo da solicitação.

Resultado esperado: A solicitação deve retornar status 400 Bad Request.

Resultado real: A solicitação retorna 200 OK sendo possível criar um usuário com o parâmetro telefone com mais de 11 caracteres.
