ExecStart should be:

ExecStart=/usr/bin/gbt orchestrator --fees "0ugraviton" --gravity-contract-address "0xa4108aA1Ec4967F8b52220a4f7e94A8201F2D906"

Or the docs should say to add this parameter...

No longer needed because the value has been already set in genesis ( see gov proposal 5)
BridgeContractAddress:0xa4108aA1Ec4967F8b52220a4f7e94A8201F2D906
