Rellax plugin

Hello everyone,

since I couldn't find a proper parallax plugin for grapesjs I went ahead and coded my own. You can check it out here.

The plugin wraps the lightweight vanilla JavaScript parallax library Rellax-JS and adds just a single component and block that you can use to set custom scroll speeds for your content blocks.
The new rellax-content can be customized through the component settings.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated :)

@Nicolasgassen I've seen that you're loading the external library inside your index.js, the problem is your component will work in the editor but not in the exported HTML.
You should put the external library usage at the component level (Component & JS). As a reference try to check the code of this plugin.
