When building headless VPOs, especially when the sample set is large, the waiting time can sometimes be uncertain. It would be nice to be able to send an optional sysex message on the loading dialog status changes so we can display it on a screen or maybe send a low-volume MIDI note to a stop to mark it like a heartbeat. Is this possible? Thanks!

You can try configuring a Send event for the "On" button on the "Master Controls" panel for that organ (sample set).
Hopefully, in the future, we'll get all the built in panel buttons configurable also with Initial Midi to speed up many basic setup operations that would be the same for many different organs. Unfortunately this is currently necessary to repeat for many buttons for each organ.
