프로필 정보
- 로그인 또는 Splash에서 받아온 로컬 정보 사용
설정 정보
- 1. 설정 변경 시 정보 Local 저장
- 2. 변경 정보 서버 업로드
- 3. 업로드 실패 시
  - 3-1. Network Disconnected - 인터넷 재연결 또는 다음에 앱 실행 시 업로드
  - 3-2. Others - 상황에 맞추어 가변적으로 처리 후 문서화
- 4. 알림은 AOS 13 권한 대응 필요
