App name not parsed correctly in health status for goby coroner #314

Running the following

#!/usr/bin/env -S goby_launch -P -L

gobyd -v -n
goby_liaison --http_port 30000 --http_address "0.0.0.0" -v -n
goby_liaison --app "name: goby_liaison_two" --http_port 30001 --http_address "0.0.0.0" -v -n
goby_coroner --expected_name goby_liaison --expected_name goby_liaison_two -v -n

Results in a HEALTH_FAILED state in goby_coroner as goby_liaison_two does not respond with goby_liaision_two in replied health status message.
