[Feature Request] Add Speech with the Speech API #266

Suggestion: Add a button (e.g. a small speaker) so you can also click to hear a word pronounced using the Speech API.

I think you use Qt, so can use the Qt Speech API with QLocale::Japanese:

If not, Microsoft has a Speech API built into windows. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Speech_API
