Suggestion: make the electric gate meter movable in-game

The orange bar that appears for electric gates (we set its height in the electricGates.txt using CRS). This would be more practice than closing the game and editing the .txt each time we want to change the height. For example, I'd hold an arrow key and press up or down to change the meter height, while in an electric gate and with devtools active.
