"Old TV Static" is a Python project that generates a high-quality video of black and white static, using the OpenCV and tqdm libraries.
To install the required packages, run the following command:
pip install -r requirements.txt
To generate a video of static, run the following command:
python static.py
By default, this will generate a 10-second video of static in 1080p resolution and 60 frames per second. You can adjust the length and resolution of the video by changing the values in the generate_static.py file.
