Crash when playing Avaritia mod (any version)

When using the world breaker tool in its hammer state (to access it you must hold shift and right click the world breaker tool in its pickaxe state) i try to break stone blocks with it in survival mode and usually the matter cluster would drop but instead the game instantly crashes I assume due to a rendering issue?
