Improvements to the test-load-parallel script

Here are some improvements that are needed:

• KERIA instances should be started AFTER the reg-pilot-api containers are built #156
• KERIA instances should be started up per batch, rather than all 120 of them #155
• Summary ouptut should look like: #154
• output should indicate breakdown of workflow steps (we will breakdown login, upload, etc) #157
• Improve retry logic and clear successful attempts between retries #159
