mod pack is not being read or either being ignored or something is overriding it

after watching on how to create a simple mod file which i did. it is not working. is it because of my side or is it from the launcher. i opened it on RPFM to see if the pack was invalid. the table opens and the changes i made are there. there are no issues in the launcher or else it would have shown that. the game opens it runs but the mod just doesnt seem to be working. im so tired trying to figure it out. i am exhausted and goin to bed as i type this. i will write in more detail after i wake up.
