The user can currently postprocess PROTEUS outputs (and grids of outputs) using the postprocess.jl scripts in the tools/ folder. These recalculate the radiative transfer, which is useful for analysis of spectral features in emission.

However, this process is quite hands-on and requires the user to run the scripts in the terminal themselves. It would be ideal if postprocessing were performed automatically according to a configuration option.

Ultimately, we could even use petitRADTRANS to do this. With pRT we should be able to easily generate emission and transmission spectra at high resolution, by importing it as a Python library.
