Patch 5 works fine for me on 10.15.4 (Mac mini 2012, Intel HD 4000 graphics). You can apply it with this command: CoreDisplay-patcher.command patch 5

After i have updated my mac mini (Late 2012) to 10.15.5, everything works perfectly. My monitor is an LG 29" ultrawide.

sudo mount -uw /
./CoreDisplay-patcher.command patch v5
