SerialPort.getCommPorts() return nothing

Hello,

i am trying to use this library with maven in IntelIJ, but i am facing a major issue, that SerialPort.getCommPorts() returns 0 ports.
OS: Windows11
Library vesrion: 2.11.0 (a already tried older version, but it does not work)
Java version: 17

What i tried:

1. Running IntelIJ as admin
2. Creating a fat jar, and running that as an admin

None of theese seemed to work.
