Compared to mar15p4 the following change has been implemented.

1. New download location for the pythia6 source package. The old ftp server was switched off.

1. Fix compilation problem with new Apple Clang compiler version 7.

1. Correctly compile Geant3 on 32bit machines.
2. Don't compile libsodium on SLC6.
3. Compile ZeroMQ without libsodium support when on SLC6.

Third patch of FairSoft release jul15 (jul15p3)

Compared to jul15p2 the following changes have been implemented.

1. Correctly compile Geant3 on 32bit machines.
2. Enable all Geant3 functions needed by the Panda experiment.
