This ticket is to manage the task to check the current process of starting the project such as simplicity and attractiveness.

This is one of the actions "We will check the current process of starting the project such as simplicity and attractiveness." that we identified at #6 (comment) .

I think the outcome of the ticket is the analysis report about the process for every stakeholder to be able to clarity the challenges and important actions.

  • Here is the contributor's starting process with pictures [1]. Though I spent some time, the output is simple. But the important point for this document is to make every people clear about this process and priorities, and recognizing earlier phase of the process in [1] is more important to do in terms of increasing contributors.
  • Here is the project's concept and marketing document [2] to fill more from high level. Clearing the concept is helpful for marketing.
