This issue is to report a bug detected by Colleen Xu. Essentially, our SmartAPI registrations for the COVID instances are not distinguishing between TRAPI 1.1: https://covid.icees.renci.org - SEP2020 and TRAPI 1.1: https://covid.icees.renci.org/jan2021/apidocs - JAN2021. As an FYI, each COVID instance represents a new cohort and sampling period, so they are related, but separate, if that makes sense.
