[GR Phase 4] Padding in USD and non USD flow #58087

Both flows - USD and non USD - have minor issues when it comes to padding on certain screens - usually Confirmation screens.

This issue aims to resolve following cases:

paddings issues in Confirmation steps
there should be no visible shifts when swapping between steps
migrate to useStyledSafeAreaInsets
