Problem: users experience bugs that we observe in FullStory, primarily seeing a “Hmm… it’s not here” error or lengthy loading errors. Both make the product look and feel unusable. When we observe these errors, we can’t reproduce them because they are not happening to us. Even worse, almost all of them take extensive log analysis from one of our internal engineers because contributors don’t have access to logs. The combination of this results in most of these errors never getting fixed.
